SharePoint Portal for Customers and Partners
After a succesful test phase YAVEON launches new Sharepoint-PortalYAVEON, a fast growing Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, has announced new Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal. A pre-phase test with two customers has proved the stability and benefit of MOSS.
Sharepoint Portal will be used both for project management support during ERP implementation and to provide information for national and international partners of YAVEON.
Improved project communicationYAVEON utilizes in all projects a dedicated project management method which assures a safe and if needed validated implementation of the ERP system. Complex projects show always some changes in the course of implementation. Those changes regarding the crew, the scope, or the time line has to be traceable and of course to be considered in the future steps.
Customers and YAVEON experts can retrieve common documents and upload files at any time from anywhere. That is e.g. calender entries, memos, project charters, or change requests.
Together with the process modelling software "YAVEON process4.biz" the business process can be visualized, stored and updated at the Sharepoint portal. Thus the project team is able to do the life cycle management of the ERP system. Especially in all international projects with virtual teams around the world there will be great benefit form that project portal.
Partner portalThe YAVEON Sharepoint will support all national and international partners in sales, implementation and service. Partners will have access to all sales deliverables, manuals and documentation, and software objects they need. A comprehensive knowledge base will help answer difficult questions their customers may have. Service requests can be handled and tracked via Sharepoint quite easily, too
