YAVEON GmbH has acquired 100% of the shares of OctoCon AG. With this transaction, the two companies combine their expertise in Microsoft Business Central ERP implementation.
Driven by a spirit of entrepreneurship, shared cultural values, and a common vision, YAVEON GmbH and OctoCon AG have decided to forge a path together.
OctoCon AG has a reputation for high customer and employee satisfaction with many years of experience in the implementation of complex, national, and particularly international ERP projects.
YAVEON and OctoCon aim to develop and expand their existing business internationally, in YAVEON’s core industries. OctoCon will strengthen the international project business of the YAVEON Group under the leadership of Frank Maier, CEO of OctoCon AG. The goal is for both companies to work together on the further development of the existing industry solution YAVEON ProBatch. This will enable an expansion of the European market position of the YAVEON Group within the medium-sized process industry.
